Cheats of Age of Empires 2

Cheat atau kode curang dalam  PC Games atau PS (Play Station) kadang-kadang disukai bahkan diperlukan sebagai hiburan termasuk tentu saja cheat dalam permainan Age of Empires 2 (AOE 2).

Dengan menggunakan cheat AOE 2 pemain bisa dapat memenangkan permainan dengan mudah karena dengan kode tersebut hal-hal yang mustahil di dalam game bisa terjadi seperti bypass to kill all opponents, bypass to victory, membangun sebuah bangunan dalam satu detik dengan seorang villager, menggerakan binatang, melihat gerakan musuh, dan sebagainya.

Berikut ini adalah beberapa cheat AOE2 yang dapat Anda gunakan saat bermain (cheat tersebut bisa ditulis dengan huruf besar atau huruf kecil):
  • ROCK ON  : 1000 Batu
  • LUMBERJACK : 1000 Kayu
  • ROBIN HOOD : 1000 Emas
  • CHEESE STEAK JIMMY'S : 1000 Food 
  • MARCO : Reveal Map (Menampakkan peta sehingga peta tidak lagi gelap)
  • POLO : Remove Shadow (Menampakkan musuh sehingga musuh dimanapun akan terlihat)
  • AEGIS : Membangun dengan sangat cepat
  • NATURAL WONDERS : Menggerakkan binatang kecuali burung
  • RESIGN : Menyerah
  • WIMPYWIMPYWIMPY : Bunuh Diri (Menghancurkan diri sendiri)
  • I LOVE THE MONKEY HEAD : Mengelurkan Villager Putuh dari Town Center  yang bisa berlari sangat cepat tetapi tidak bisa membangun dan menyerang seperti villager biasa
  • HOW DO YOU TURN THIS ON:  Membuat Mobil Cobra
  • TORPEDO# : Membunuh Musuh sesuai urutan nomor
  • TO SMITHEREENS : Membuat Petard
  • BLACK DEATH : Menghancurkan semua musuh
  • I R WINNER : Memenangkan permainan
  • FURIOUS THE MONKEY BOY : Mengeluarkan Kera atau monyet sakti hanya 3-4 kali pukul castlepun hancur tetapi tidak kebal dan berjalan lambat.
Cara menggunkanan cheat AOE2 tersebut adalah dengan menekan tombol Enter saat bermain kemudian tulis kode tersebut kemudian tekan tombol Enter lagi, setelah itu akan terlihat efek dari cheat tersebut. Pada permainan AOE 2 multiplayer, untuk mengaktifkan cheat tersebut, cheat option harus di-checklist.

Contoh penggunaan cheat untuk membuat Mobil Cobra, pertama minimal mempunyai 1(satu) Town Center. Tekan Enter kemudian tulis "How Do You Turn This On" dan tekan lagi Enter maka Mobil Cobra pun akan muncul di dekat Town Center, demikian pula cheat yang lain.

Penggunaan cheat "TORPEDO#", tanda"#" diganti dengan angka misalnya kita akan menghabisi atau menghancurkan player 3 maka cheat ditulis "TORPEDO3" lalu tekan Enter demikian pula untuk menghancurkan player 4 cheat ditulis "TORPEDO4" dan seterusnya. Untuk cheat ini tidak bisa digunakan pada permainan multiplayer.
