Berdasarkan style-nya ada tiga macam Map AOE 2:
  1. Standard 
  2. Real World 
  3. Custom 

Lokasi pada map standard:
  1. Random (lokasi diacak oleh komputer) 
  2. Random Land Map (lokasi dominan darat yang diacak oleh komputer) 
  3. Arabia (tanpa perairan dan sedikit wood) 
  4. Archipelago (mayoritas lautan)
  5. Arena 
  6. Baltic 
  7. Black Forest (dominan darat dan paling banyak wood)
  8. Coastal (dominan darat di sisi peta dikelilingi perairan)
  9. Continental (dominan lautan)
  10. Ghost Lake (dominan darat, daerah bersalju, tidak bisa bembangun di daerah salju)
  11. Gold Rush (emas terbanyak di tengah peta)
  12. High Land (dominan darat bergunung)
  13. Island (kepulauan)
  14. Meditterarian (pulau dan perairan) 
  15. Mongolia (dominan darat)
  16. Oasis (dominan darat, mayoritas wood ada di tengah peta)
  17. Rivers (darat dan sungai-sungai biasanya terdapat sungai dangkal yang bisa diseberangi)
  18. Salt Marsh (dataran bersalju)
  19. Scandinavia (daratan bersalju, biasanya tidak terdapat berry) 
  20. Team island (dua pulau besar yang dipisah oleh lautan)
  21. Yucatan (dataran dengan sedikit perairan, banyak kalkun dan wood)

Pada custom maps peta dibuat oleh para programmer aagar permaina dapat bervariasi. Custom Maps yang paling banyak digemari di Indonesia adalah Land Nomad di mana permainan awal tanpa Town Center dan tanpa bangunan apapun.

Kingdom Rush Upgrades

When we play Kingdom Rush , enemy troop strength continues to increase, including the endurance and the attacking troops. In addition, their shapes and their names are also different and should be hamstrung by different methods.
